Impact.

Policy Liaison Group (PLG) for Workplace Wellbeing: Championing systemic change.

Our CEO and Chief Occ. Psych., Maria Paviour, is a founding advisory board member of the PLG for workplace wellbeing; the group chaired by Gethin Nadin and hosted by College Green Group, that is investigating the current state of the workplace, exploring best practice whilst lobbying and collaborating with parliamentarians to improve workplace wellbeing for all.

Maria Paviour Consulting is deeply involved in research and development that supports the best performance of organisations and their people - one cannot happen without the other - and as support we are passionate about working with responsible leaders to demonstrate real impact that can be translated to businesses, organisations, public and private sector and charities for the good of people and the planet.

Driving change through policy and partnerships.

Our work with the Workplace Wellbeing Policy Liaison Group (PLG) ensures that the voice of employers, employees, and consultants is heard in policy development. By bringing real-world data and experiences from the organisations we support, we help shape evidence-based Government policy and frameworks that reflect the realities of today’s workplaces.

Memberships that matter.

We know that workplace wellbeing doesn’t exist in isolation. Real impact comes from shaping the systems, policies and cultures that influence people’s daily lives. That’s why we go beyond consultancy, actively contributing to national conversations and global movements that drive positive change.

From our role in the Policy Liaison Group on Workplace Wellbeing, to our membership of the Wellbeing Economy Alliance, the Society of Occupational Medicine, and our commitment as a Living Wage employer, we bring our expertise and values to the wider stage. By engaging in lobbying, research, and thought leadership, we’re helping to shift the way organisations and policymakers think about wellbeing - creating a fairer, healthier and more sustainable world of work.

We’re proud to be members of key networks that share our mission for a fairer and healthier working world, which reflect the values that underpin every project we deliver and the partners we choose to stand alongside.

Shaping healthier workplaces.

We believe that wellbeing can only thrive in an environment where fairness, equity and dignity are built into the system. That’s why we contribute to campaigns that push for lasting change, from pay and working conditions to mental health and inclusion. Whether it’s speaking at roundtables, contributing evidence to government consultations, or amplifying the voices of others driving progress, our goal is always the same: to make wellbeing a shared priority across society.

From consultancy to advocacy.

Our consultancy insights and data don’t stay within individual organisations. Amalgamated across our clients, they inform our advocacy, giving us unique data-led perspectives to bring to national and global discussions. By connecting consultancy with campaigning, we close the loop, ensuring that change happens both inside organisations and across the systems that shape working lives.
