With over 25 years' experience in the field of neuroscience, wellbeing, and performance at work, Maria Paviour is a catalyst for cultural change, and creator of the first UK and EU Government award-winning workplace wellbeing technology in 1997.
She has supported many public and private sector organisations to pivot their wellbeing strategy, leading to thriving and performing environments. Her award winning work has achieved a decrease in sickness absence for one NHS Trust of £2.9m, equivalent to 7.8 x ROI ‐ whilst her work with financial and legal organisations has seen improvements in how people “feel” about work of 72%.
Maria's neuroscience based coaching model, NeuChem®, has been used with thousands of clients over the last 10 years. Trained NeuChem coaches see quantifiable improvements in clients, with case studies observing improvements in performance and wellbeing of 45% and 25% respectively.
