Build senior leaders’ skills and strengthen management and leadership processes to build employee skills in handling pressures and challenges. The aim was to overcome employee dissatisfaction due to mandatory changes through redesigning communication processes based on solid evidence and scientific basis.
Working with the Board, we reviewed how neuroscience based principles could be incorporated into the business practice, the mechanisms behind current communications, and how these may have detrimental impact, and implementation of science based humane principles.
We facilitated a series of collaborative workshops with senior leaders and board members, introducing neuroscience-based principles tailored to the organisation’s unique challenges. These sessions explored how brain science can improve communication and leadership effectiveness, helping leaders understand the underlying impact of their behaviours. Together, we co-created practical approaches to embed these principles into daily management practices, ensuring leadership behaviours aligned with evidence-based, humane strategies.
Development of working protocols to support employees using an innovative neuroscience-based approach which had a direct impact on employee engagement and which has an additional benefit of reducing stress levels of leaders through application of principles in communication and management practice.
The sessions were mind blowing, and have opened up our minds to a completely different way to achieve the objectives we have. This is something we were struggling with before, but it was like the door has been opened to a completely fresh and, surprisingly easy to apply, new way. It’s not only made us think more effectively but has reduced our stress levels.
