Organisation-wide wellbeing survey using our neuro/psychometric tool, Cari® (9,000+ employees). Personalised feedback reports to build self-awareness and ownership of wellbeing. Targeted resilience interventions and NeuChem coaching informed by neuroscience.
Over 60% of staff engaged; targeted support for over 500 high-risk individuals. 92% said personal Cari® reports were ‘spot on’. Provided real-time data and individual insights that informed proactive wellbeing strategies, improving resilience and team performance.
The results are personal to each individual and highlight areas where we can take better care of ourselves or need to ask for help…All 8,000 staff across the Trust have access to the CARI survey, enabling them to develop their own personal wellbeing profile and access support to improve individual wellbeing.
