Challenge
Following a critical CQC inspection, BSUH needed to rebuild staff wellbeing and resilience, reduce attrition and sickness, and tackle widespread reports of bullying and discrimination. A core challenge was to give leaders and staff deeper self-awareness and actionable insights to drive change.
Inclusions
Organisation-wide wellbeing survey using our neuro/psychometric tool, Cari® (9,000+ employees). Personalised feedback reports to build self-awareness and ownership of wellbeing. Targeted resilience interventions and NeuChem coaching informed by neuroscience.
Results
Over 60% of staff engaged; targeted support for over 500 high-risk individuals. 92% said personal Cari® reports were ‘spot on’. Provided real-time data and individual insights that informed proactive wellbeing strategies, improving resilience and team performance.
