Following the promotion of a new CEO, there was a need to review how effectively the board - including executives and non‑executives - worked as a team to drive success during rapid growth.
Psychological analysis of interactive skills of the board team (inc CEO), group coaching, one to one NeuChem coaching, and deep analysis of each individual’s wellbeing, performance and effectiveness, including preferred communication style and brain system.
Each board member was able to build significantly on their strengths and saw a 24% overall increase in wellbeing - important in ensuring resilience and sustainability for the growth phase.
I have experienced significant personal growth and development. The most notable outcome was the transformation I’ve made within myself in my approach to handling certain situations at work.
